I’ve been meaning to put up some new pictures of my later stages in transitioning.  Some things I’ve noticed over time:

- My muscle/fat distribution has been changing at a steady rate.  I keep muscle longer, and it doesn’t take as much to build it.  My abdominals have changed immensely, when they’re flexed, they take a completely different shape than they did pre-T — much more masculinized.

- Body hair is out of control.  My facial hair is darker and less patchy (though, it definitely still has some work to do…).  My arms are catching up with my legs as well.

- My body acne hasn’t gotten much better… I’m hoping that changes in the next year or so, once the initial “puberty” is over.

Overall, I’d say my body has been maturing to an older adolescent boy’s body, rather than a 12 year old’s.  Which I’m happy about haha

I’m regretting not keeping a more diligent record on my emotional state during this transition.  Things have definitely changed, either due to T or increased male socialization that goes along with being on T, I’m not sure.  Communicating how I’m feeling is more challenging than it was before, and I get frustrated with lengthy conversations about “meaningless” stuff.  Of course, my perceptions of “meaningless” have probably also changed.  I find myself much more solution-focused than before.
